This is why courses and themed cooking classes are established. The topics can be Regional Cuisine, Traditional Cuisine, Ligurian Cuisine, Creative Cuisine, Fast Cuisine.
From practice to theory, a new topic comes out every time. Preparing various dishes, whose recipes will be disclosed at the end of the evening. For each lesson, with the advice of the school Sommelier, a dish will be matched to a wine, which will be tasted at the end of the evening and of which the technical properties will be disclosed, so that the student can also build a wine culture.
